P3-L8- Fundamental Kriya Meditation – Part2

Phase 3 | Lesson 8
Fundamental Kriya Meditation of Aumism –  Part 2

Note : This lesson is meant for those in whom, the involuntary Kriyas are currently happening also meant for those in whom the involuntary kriyas are not happening. After practicing this fundamental kriya meditation, automatically, the involuntary kriyas will start in whom, they are not happening currently.

Navigating through the chakras as shown in this lesson becomes to the standard way of doing kriya meditation in your life. Whenever you sit for meditation or kriya, this is the process you should follow.

In case you get deviated in the process naturally, once you gain awareness that you are lost in the process, you again start the process from the beginning.  In case you feel sleepy while doing this kriya, you can lie down and sleep.

One set of kriya is – going upward through all chakras to sahasra chakra and then again come back to the root chakra. Like this, you can do any number of sets that you are comfortable.

You can also do this kriya before sleep by sitting in the bed. You will get good sleep after this kriya.

After starting this kriya, in the nights you may naturally wake up and you may feel sleepless. It means, then you need to sit and do this kriya. You may do this kriya for only couple of minutes, but you will again get sleep quickly. You will wake up and feel sleepless, because the cosmic energy wants to tune your chakras, nerves and soul system. So you need to cooperate with the cosmic energy in its operation. So, you need to get up, sit and do this kriya for a while (as long as you are comfortable) and then you sleep.  You can explain about this to your partner (husband or wife) well in advance so that they do not get scared or worried about you.

Change required in the way you meditate (method of meditation)

In case you are following any other methods of meditation such as concentrating on the breath or tratak etc, you stop all those methods from today. You cannot follow those methods and this method in parallel. If you have to walk the path of Omism, this is the method of meditation that needs to be adopted. You may find it a bit difficult in the beginning but later as you practice in about 12 days, you will find it comfortable and easy with the grace of the Guru. But you will have to leave other methods of meditation that you were practicing earlier.

Jyoti or diya or candle light is the cosmic light (which has no beginning and ending and spread everywhere in and out) and its sound is OUM.  By practicing this method of meditation you will start moving towards becoming the cosmic light and the sound OUM day by day. It has to be a life time exercise. Once you get used to this method of meditation, automatically the meditation through chakras will happen while driving, while working on computer and even in loo. It will happen naturally. You do not have to do it, it will become natural part of your life. As it happens, the cosmic light and its sound OUM will stand still in your mind all times. Your mind will become still and unshakable even in the middle of chaotic situations in life or even in difficult situations in life. When mind becomes unwavering and stuck to the mental picture of candle light or jyoti, it is called STHITA PRAJNA (It is said in Bhagawadgita). Then, you will become fearless, praises do not disturb your mind, disgrace will not disturb your mind, difficult situations in life will not disturb your mind. In fact you will not have tears in your eyes, your mind movement will stop slowly. All these things will not happen in a day or month or in years. It has to be a minimum practice of 12 years and beyond. Then, the mind will start stilling and settling. As you practice this method, you will find yourself that you are becoming quite naturally.

The ART OF YOGA is already loaded into you through the shakti of Guru. When your mind starts becoming one pointed, you will start finding the work of ART OF YOGA in your mind , intellect, body and in your life. The art of yoga starts functioning naturally in the path of Omism. You do not have to learn it separately.

As the mind becomes one-pointed, if your surrender is to the Guru at greater levels, then in this life itself (before death), you will become Jeevan Mukta. You will know that, your karma is being killed and your life will move towards a point where, you, without working, the money and all comforts will come to you automatically. You will find yourself disinterested in all things and people in life (but yet, you will not leave your families). You will know the art of living like a lotus leaf. Water is not stuck to lotus leaf but the leaf will be always in water. As said in Gita, as you keep practicing this method of meditation with Omism path, you will start finding yourself becoming like that lotus leaf.

Even if you cannot become Jeevan Mukta, before the death, at the time of death, you will naturally slip into this method of meditation. Normal people at the time of death, think about their children, money, properties or desires or several other things. In case of you, at the time of death, you will naturally slip into this method of meditation and as the life force leaves your body (prana), you will merge in the cosmic light and is sound OUM. Once you merge in that cosmic light and sound, you will be delivered from the bondage of Nature which is nothing but liberation. Because of the practice of this method of meditation throughout your life, devotion and love for god awakens in your soul and you will get detachment, knowledge of the truth and devotion. All these make your mind slowly day by day, one pointed which will help you at the time of death.

In Gita, it is said, whoever thinks about me at the time of death, they reach me and unite in me. That is the objective of this method of meditation and it has to be a practice done throughout your life. When it is done like that, you will observe yourself that lot of transformation happening in your automatically with the help of natural art of yoga and thus help you at the time of death to unite with the cosmic self or cosmic light or OUM.

yatendriya-mano-buddhir , munir moksa-parayanah , vigatecchaa-bhaya-krodho , yah sada mukta eva sah  —-Bhagawad Gita

Meaning:  who becomes one-pointed by mind towards God or the self, he will be able to win the indriyas (senses) and thus he will be able to still the mind at 3rd eye and thus, he will be able to still the mind, intellect and thus, he will also be able to inhale-exhales will unite(they cease) – That person is called Mukta. You will observe all these things happening in you as you practice this kriya for years together (twelve years and beyond).

This kriya of doing meditation is called “Abhyasa-Vairagya” in Bhagawadgita. So you are basically introduced to the ONE fundamental root exercise that will naturally and totally implement all ART OF YOGA of Bhagwadgita into you.

This kriya of Jyoti by chanting OUM through chakras, will exactly reach you to this objective as you keep practicing. So practice it all through the life, till the last breath of your life.

Antaryami
(again mentioning the same point to assert)

Antaryami means, the one in the deep inside of all. That one is nothing but the supreme soul, deep within every jeevatma (our soul).  That supreme soul’s form is Diya or Candle light or Jyoti. The picture of Diya or candle light is the picture in the consciousness. You’re your consciousness is disturbed with many thoughts and other visuals and emotions, the picture of jyoti or candle light won’t appear in your consciousness. When your mind and consciousness is like placid lake, then the picture of jyoti or candle light will appear. That jyoti or candle light is nothing but the Supreme Guru within and the supreme soul. That supreme soul itself is the Guru (in the path of Aumism). The supreme soul is called Antaryami. Means, he is the one deep within all. So keep practicing this method of kriya meditation, as you practice your connection and integration with the supreme soul or the supreme guru keeps increasing day by day. As said above, it is the practice of the life time, which has to be done till the last breath of life. So keep practicing. Lord Narayana is called the Antaryami. You will be introduced to Lord Narayana in future lessons.

The practices and kriyas mentioned in the path of Omism, naturally lead you to the objectives of Bhagawadgita and Vedanta, Shiva Gita, Kapila Gita and all essence of Sanatan Dharma. Without much thinking, with faith, these kriyas and methods of practices can be practiced by which the ultimate aim of “the journey back to the source” of souls begin which is nothing but “liberation to the soul”. Liberation can either come before the death or at the time of death, because of practicing the methods and path of Omism, that is gifted by the divine to the souls.

The kriya of navigating through the chakras goes as follows. You watch the video and follow the process explained in the video

You can do this kriya at least twice a day. Each time, at least three sets of kriya. In about 12 to 15 days, you will start getting comfortable with this kriya.
