Phase – 2

INDEX AND OBJECTIVES

Totally 10 main lessons are given in this second phase. For spiritual practices, one mandal (41 days) is actually considered to acquire the siddhi (success). Certain topics (lessons) are required to be grouped together because of the the dependency, relation and also based on the requirement of intensity of practice sake. Also by considering NOT RUSHING the lessons which require good amount of time and attention, I have taken the this phased approach.

In other words simply, from now on, certain phases will be of 30 days and certain phases will be of 41 days based on the number of lessons.

Keeping this in mind, when, small chunk of lessons are grouped (7 lessons and below), then such lessons will be given in 30 days. If 9 or 10 lessons are grouped together then, 41 days will be considered for the practices. So I am rephrasing the term “MONTH” to PHASE due to this spiritual reason.  This  time, 10 lessons are given. So next update of lessons will be by 42nd day from the date of you accessing the 2nd phase lessons.

In the 2nd phase, you will be introduced to

1. A , U, M Granthi kriyas to pierce the knots in sushumna channel
2. If you are busy in your office and life and not able to give time for Aumism lessons – do not worry, it is the play of nature – check lesson 2
3. Developing the art of communicating with Guru – Lessons 3 ,4, 5
4. Experiences- you may understand the experiences you may go through
5. You are AUM – You are forgotten – Unite with AUM – lessons 8 and 9 – You read this lesson and practice the kriya only after 15 to 20 days of practicing and reading the lessons till the lesson, 7.
