I call the soul evolution process as “soul bending process”. Souls with their “will” given and in addition to all their smells of traits and karmas, become so strong, much stronger than huge iron bars, which takes quite long time to make them flexible.

In previous births, if you get connected to the detached path (after the Nature’s directions to the guru of the detached path), due to karma, you would again take birth in the cosmic womb of Nature and Nature keeps connecting you back to the same path, till you pass through that path and then based on your level of detachment, Nature connects you to this path of Manthan Yoga. In the history, lord Vishnu, the CEO of the cosmos, is the one who organized the churning of the ocean by convincing both cosmic positive teams (Devata) and negative teams (Rakshas who are required to rule the worlds below the earth which is called Paataal). But the negative energies always try to get above the earth and try to occupy the cosmic management team and their ruling. That is the tussle that continues forever as long as the creation exists. When the soul evolution falls behind and when the prosperity does not happen in the ocean, then, this even of SAMUDRA MANTHAN (churning the ocean of consciousness) is organized by lord Vishnu. This event of “churning your consciousness” is organized when you join the path of “Manthan Kundalini Kriya Yoga”. That is the reason why, the negative energies in you and the positive energies in you tussle in this process and they both churn your consciousness and then your soul evolution starts in this path and ultimately gives you the prosperity and the amrit (nectar for soul liberation) comes. As you evolve, out of this churning, many benefits come out and you will experience all those benefits. By taking some benefits, the negative energies in you will get out of your system and they will leave your soul.

As part of the process, in the beginning of the lessons you were given Lord Shiva as the Guru to teach you the detachment. For this path the ultimate supreme soul is the guru who is the combination of both Shiva and Vishnu. That is the reason why, this path would have the unlimited arts of arts of yoga of both Shiva and Vishnu.
