Consolidated list of Mantras and Kriyas to practice
Mantras and kriyas to continue doing
You have been doing several kriyas and chanting several other mantras so far. All those were meant to tune your soul with needed energies and frequencies so that you would gear up for the advancement. Those mantras would initially tune your system of chakras, mind and intellect.
To not to have any confusion, I here present you the Kriyas and Mantras you need to do in a consolidated way.
Kriyas to do
- Kriya 1 – Just do only Kundalini Maha Mantra kriya and its variations regularly – OM, Hari-Hi-OM , Hari-Hari, Hari-Hari, Hari-Hi-OMMM (You can check the lesson of this kriya in 5th phase lessons).
- Kriya 2 – Do Hariom Shree Satya Naa-raa-ya-naa-ya
Your all-time mantra
You can chant this mantra, silently in the mind, while walking, while driving, while cooking and all. Just chant “Om Hari Om” all times.
Bedtime Mantras
Both in the morning (after waking up) and in the night (before sleep), you can chant these mantras.
You can either sit and chant or lie down in the bed and chant the mantras. You do not have to chant these mantras by sitting (you can chant if you want to sit and chant, but not necessary that you sit and chant these mantras). You can chant each mantra five times.
- Om Shree Krishna Gurave Namaha
- Om Shree Radha-Krishnaya Namaha
- Hariom Satya Naa-raa-ya-naa-ya
Weekly or once in 10 days or fortnight Mantras
Whenever you have time, you can sit and chant these mantras once in a week or once in ten days or once in fortnight. You can chant each mantra five times or at your comfort.
- Lamm – sound of earth
- Vamm – sound of water
- Rammm – sound of fire
- Yamm – sound of air
- Hamm – sky
- Gammm – This is Lord Ganesha
- Soummmm – This is for Lord Kartikeya
Other than these mantras and kriyas, no other mantras and kriyas so far chanted are not required from now on (just chant the mantras and kriyas given in this list). Al those kriyas and mantras were meant to tune your system to reach this level.
