A U M Kriya at Grandhis
This lesson is meant for both audiences …
- Those who have involuntary kriyas
- And also, those who are not having the kriyas yet
AAA is the creative force of the creation
UUU is the sustenance force of the creation
MMM is the dissolution force of the creation
There are three main psychic knots in our shushumna nadi (In the center channel of our backbone).
Below your navel area is Brahma Granthi, it is called. The chest area has Vishnu Granthi and the 3rd eye and above forehead area is called Rudra Granthi.
The source of the creation, your own soul source and even the works you do all through the day has these three energies. These are three fundamental energies of anything that you do. Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara are the three main cosmic energies that actually rule the whole cosmos as force behind their nature energies. In a way, you can say they are like three main CEOs of the whole cosmos, whose consciousness (is nothing your own true-consciousness) is the actual subtle intentions behind the cosmic energies of Nature.
Ordinary people cannot open these knots. Opening these knots, open the gates to know the true source of the cosmos and that journey raises cosmic energies in you. If you do not have right intentions (tricking others, cheating others and so on), positive thinking and love for all people, these knots will not open. These days people are racing towards kundalini awakening and self-realization and so on, kind of things. That is a very wrong approach. Kundalini awakening and its journey upward has to be very natural and without any hurry and enforcement kundalini needs to travel upward. To correct your emotions, your thoughts, to cleanse your mind, intellect, chittah (memory) takes quite long time. You also have family, profession and all. Imagine there is a tumbler which is dirty. You put some drink in it only after washing it right? Or will you drink without washing it? Imagine drinking a juice from the tumbler, would take quite less time. Whereas, washing the dirt of the tumbler would take longer time. Imagine you have left the tumbler without washing for several months together, then obviously, it would take quite longer time to clean it. In the same, everybody’s soul is left like that without washing. Washing actually begins in a soul, only when Guru enters into the life. There are several people in the world, quite religious and they all do good things, they go to temples, churches and all. But they are still remained, uncleaned. Because, there is no guru in their life yet. They do not even accept or believe the concept of Guru. Lot of ego bending of the soul is required to accept Guru. Even after Guru entering into your life, it takes good amount of time, to totally accept and bend and it is a process. Bending the ego does not happen just all at once. It is a gradual process. Once you take up Aumism, it means it is a SOUL CONTRACT taken for lives together by the Guru Shree Dakshinamurthy. To put it in a modern way, the consultancy work of cleaning your soul tumbler has begun. Even if you leave Aumism, the cleaning process continues (without getting you hurt). If the washing is done hard way and hurry blurrily, the cleaning process will hurt the soul, mind and body. So, without pains, the cleaning needs to be done and that work is underway in your case.
So, in a balanced way, all those will be cleansed at their own pace. You should not hurry up things nor expect the Guru of this path to do such things. Such hurry burry acts, disturb the psyche and no wonder you go mad or leave family and run somewhere. So it is not good for all spiritualists to hurry up the spiritual journey. Do you invest money in mutual funds and all? Who manages all those funds? It is that mutual fund company that manages. You have faith in that company and they manage your funds and invest well and get you the good outcome. You invest and do your daily works right? In the same way, Guru is like that Mutual Fund Manager (Assigned to you by Nature). So have faith in him and he will take you forward in a balanced way.
In order to open these Granthis, do the following mantra, every time, you chant the AUM mantra.
Aumism invokes these three main cosmic forces of the cosmos for your sake, to bless you and guide you in the background.
The mantra is “Oum Hari-Hara-Brahma Namaha”. It means my salutations to the three main cosmic forces of God-Head, Hari-Hara-Brahma (This mantra, you have been already chanting during morning and evening bed times)
Say this mantra few times by closing eyes and think while chanting the mantra in your mind that, Oh …. Lords, Hari-Hara-Brahma, I am starting my spiritual journey. Please bless me and make me have right intentions, right thoughts, positive thinking, right perception and love for all.
You can do this Kriya as follows
- Light an incense stick if you have
- Sit straight
- Close eyes
- Let the breath happen for some time.
- Give some time so that the breath slows down.
- Go to 3rd eye imagine the light there and chant OUM Shreem Guru Dakshina Murthi Namaha for few times. When you chant this, the shakti enters in. Shakti will help you to operate the kriyas.
- Now, go to the location below your navel area and chant “AAAAAAAAA”. Pay attention to the voice and you will find some vibrations in your body. Chant 6 times
- Then go to Chest area and there chant OOOOOOOOO (its like ooo in oops added to mmm sound at the end). Pay attention to the voice and you will find some vibrations in your body. Chant 6 times
- Then go to 3rd eye area and chant Pay attention to the voice and you will find some vibrations in your body. Chant 6 times
You can do this basic A, U, M kriya for twice daily for a week or once a day for 12 days. After 12 days, you do the next level of this kriya (which is done by pranayama)
