Kriya – Kundalini Mantra through Chakras

Note : This lesson is meant for those in whom, the involuntary Kriyas are currently happening and also meant for those in whom the involuntary kriyas are not happening.

In the 3^rd month lessons, you have already done the kriya of navigating through the chakras i.e. chanting oum through the chakras, from earth chakra to sahasra chakra.

In the previous lesson, you have learnt and practiced chanting well the Kundalini Maha Mantra.

OM, Hari-Hi-OM , Hari-Hari, Hari-Hari, Hari-Hi-OMMM.

OUM , Hari-Hi-OUM , Hari-Hari, Hari-Hari, Hari-Hi-OUMMMM.

To make it easy, it can be split like this for your easy pronunciation of the mantra

1. Ommmm or Oummm
2. Hari-Hi-Om (or Oummm)
3. Hari-Hari
4. Hari-Hari
5. Hari-Hi
6. Ommmm (or Oummm)

This kriya advances in three levels. You can practice all the three levels one by one by spending few days of time with every level. You can watch the video below and then for more clarity, you can check the content given below for every kriya level.

 

Level 1 Kundalini Mantra Kriya

Just chanting the sounds of the mantra at all seven chakras (you can choose any of the two OM variations, at your comfort)

• Sit comfortably, close your eyes and first imagine the candle light at your 3^rd eye and chant the Guru Mantra – Om Shree Krishna Gurave Namaha for few times.
• Then, inhale comfortably and exhale the breath
• Then, just chant the sounds of the mantra by concentrating on the sound, at the seven chakras as mentioned below
• Ommmm…. Hari-Hi-Om – Chant at Mooladhara or Earth Chakra
• Hari (first Hari sound) – chant this sound at Swadhistana or Water Chakra
• Hari – (2^nd Hari sound ) – chant this sound at Manipura or Fire Chakra
• Hari (3^rd Hari sound) – chant this sound at Anahata or Air Chakra
• Hari (4^th Hari sound) – chant this sound at Throat chakra
• HHHari-Hi – Ommmm – (stress more on first Sound of Hari here ) – Chant this sound at your 3^rd eye and as you chant …the OMmmmmmmm should go up to the sahasra chakra. End the last mmmm sound of the OM at sahasra Chakra.
• Repeat this Kriya, as many times as you are comfortable

Level 2 Kundalini Mantra Kriya

Chanting the sounds of the mantra at all seven chakras by imagining the Candle Light at every chakra (you can choose any of the two OM variations, at your comfort)

• Sit comfortably, close your eyes and first imagine the candle light at your 3^rd eye and chant the Guru Mantra – Om Shree Krishna Gurave Namaha for few times.
• Then, inhale comfortably and exhale the breath
• Chant the sounds of the mantra by concentrating on the sound and also by imagining the candle light image, at every chakra. Sounds of the mantras for every chakra remain the same.
• Ommmm…. Hari-Hi-Om – Chant at Mooladhara or Earth Chakra
• Hari (first Hari sound) – chant this sound at Swadhistana or Water Chakra
• Hari – (2^nd Hari sound ) – chant this sound at Manipura or Fire Chakra
• Hari (3^rd Hari sound) – chant this sound at Anahata or Air Chakra
• Hari (4^th Hari sound) – chant this sound at Throat chakra
• HHHari-Hi – Ommmm – (stress more on first Sound of Hari here ) – Chant this sound at your 3^rd eye and as you chant …the OMmmmmmmm should go up to the sahasra chakra. End the last mmmm sound of the OM at sahasra Chakra.

Repeat this Kriya, as many times as you are comfortable

Level 3 Kundalini Mantra Kriya

To do this kriya, you should have been well trained with the Mantra and experienced with the previous two level kriyas.

Chanting the sounds of the mantra at all seven chakras by imagining the dragging of candle light from one chakra to another chakra which will make it like a LINE OF LIGHT from Earth Chakra to Sahasra Chakra through all in between chakras (you can choose any of the two OM variations, at your comfort)

• Sit comfortably, close your eyes and first imagine the candle light at your 3^rd eye and chant the Guru Mantra – Om Shree Krishna Gurave Namaha for few times.
• Then, inhale comfortably and exhale the breath
• Chant the sounds of the mantra by concentrating on the sound and also by imagining the candle light image, at earth chakra and then keep dragging that light to every chakra and take the line of light to the sahasra charka. Sounds of the mantras for every chakra remain the same.
• Ommmm…. Hari-Hi-Om – Chant at Mooladhara or Earth Chakra
• Hari (first Hari sound) – chant this sound at Swadhistana or Water Chakra
• Hari – (2^nd Hari sound ) – chant this sound at Manipura or Fire Chakra
• Hari (3^rd Hari sound) – chant this sound at Anahata or Air Chakra
• Hari (4^th Hari sound) – chant this sound at Throat chakra
• HHHari-Hi – Ommmm – (stress more on first Sound of Hari here ) – Chant this sound at your 3^rd eye and as you chant …the OMmmmmmmm should go up to the sahasra chakra. End the last mmmm sound of the OM at sahasra Chakra.
