Note : This lesson is meant for those in whom, the involuntary Kriyas are currently happening also meant for those in whom the involuntary kriyas are not happening.
I am sure, you have been chanting 1. All time mantras 2.Mantras after waking up in the morning 3. Mantras before sleeping in the night.
This is a reminder for you so that you continue practicing them. If you forgot the list of mantras, you can refer to them again here. These mantras help your soul integrate well in Nature and also tune your chakras or prepare your chakras for higher level kriyas. So, in case you are not chanting them regularly, put them into practice for your advancement.
This will be the last month to practice the All-Time Mantras. From next month or phase onward, all-time mantras will change (will become very short and minimal).
1 – Mantras To Chant All-Times
I am sure you have been chanting these mantras all times. However, this is a reminder for you so that you continue practicing. All times means, you can chant these mantras silently in the mind, while walking, while driving, while cooking etc.
- Lamm – sound of earth
- Vamm – sound of water
- Rammm – sound of fire
- Yamm – sound of air
- Hamm – sky
- OUM Shreem Guru Dakshina Murthi Namaha
- Oum Hari-Hara-Brahma Namaha – Creation, sustenance and dissolution work of the cosmos happens only due to these three fatherly divine energies. Chanting their name help you have Yoga Gnana (knowledge of being in harmony with Nature in life).
2 – Mantras to chant in the morning immediately after waking up
You are required to chant these mantras, in bed itself while lying down in bed you can chant. You do not have to sit and chant. If you sit and chant it is good. If you feel like not sitting, you can just lie down and chant these mantras. Different mantras are given for morning and night.
- Imagine the candle light or deepak /jyoti at your 3rd eye and chant Oum Shreem Guru Dakshina Murthi Namaha – 6 times or any number of times you feel like naturally.
- Then, imagine the candle light or depak /jyoti at your 3rd eye and chant “oum hari-hara-brahma Namaha”(Not loudly. You can chant short one or long one) – 6 times or any number of times you feel like naturally.
- Then, imagine the candle light or depak /jyoti at your 3rd eye and chant GAMMM. – 6 times any number of times you feel like naturally.
- Then, imagine the candle light or depak /jyoti at your 3rd eye and chant SOUMMMM (SOU like SOUND added to mmmmm sound) – 6 times any number of times you feel like naturally.
- Chant the Mantra – I am aaauuummm – This is the newly added mantra. – Chant this mantra silently, five to 6 times, by imagining the candle light at your 3rd eye
- Then again, imagine light or Deepak / jyoti at your 3rd eye and say to the Guru Shree Dakshinamurthy the form of lord Shiva – “I am going to start my day. You guide me through all actions in my day. You, be the doer in all actions and you take the fruits of those actions” – Say like that twice and start your day.
- You can come out and say Namaste to the SUN. SUN is the visible Kundalini / of the cosmos. This is required as there is a connected Kriya to this. So it is good to get habituated with this.
3 – Mantras to chant in the night before sleep
- Imagine the candle light or deepak /jyoti at your 3rd eye and chant Oum Shreem Guru Dakshina Murthi Namaha – 6 times or any number of times you feel like naturally.
- Then, imagine the candle light or depak /jyoti at your 3rd eye and chant “oum hari-hara-brahma Namaha”(Not loudly. You can chant short one or long one) – 6 times or any number of times you feel like naturally.
- Then, imagine the candle light or depak /jyoti at your 3rd eye and chant “GAMMMM” – 6 times or any number of times you feel like naturally.
- Then, imagine the candle light or depak /jyoti at your 3rd eye and chant “SOUMMM” – 6 times or any number of times you feel like naturally.
- Chant the Mantra – I am AAAUUMMM – This is the newly added mantra. – Chant this mantra silently, five to 6 times, by imagining the candle light at your 3rd eye
- Then again, imagine light or Deepak / jyoti at your 3rd eye and say to the Guru Shree Dakshina Murthy – “I have done all my actions during the day. I am submitting all those actions and their results to you. I do not know if my actions were right or wrong. But please remove my karma out of all those actions and please keep guiding me to do the right actions” – Say like that once or twice and retire to sleep.
