Chanting A, U and M at granthis coupled with prayanam
This lesson is meant for both audiences …
- Those who have involuntary kriyas
- And also, those who are not having the kriyas yet
By dong these kriyas, the grandhis (before dealing with chakras) will open their channels.
You can these two kriyas once in the morning and once in the evening (with required sets suggested in the kriyas)
Say the mantras by closing your eyes “Oum Hari-Hara-Brahma Namaha” for 5 to 6 times and then say Oum Gurave Namaha It means my salutations to the three main cosmic forces of God-Head, Hari-Hara-Brahma and the guru
AUM Grandhi Kriya coupled with Pranayam
Doing Granthi chanting after exhaling the breath and holding breath (without inhaling)
- Light an incense stick if you have
- Sit straight
- Close eyes
- Let the breath happen for some time.
- Give some time so that the breath slows down.
- Go to the location below your navel area and exhale the breath totally out. Then chant “AAAAAAAA”. Chant loud enough (not too loud) to feel the sound vibration. Pay attention to the voice and you will find some vibrations in your body. Chant loudly as many times as you can without, inhaling. Continue doing three sets of this kriya.
- Go to the location of your chest area and exhale the breath totally out. Then chant “UUUUUUU” Chant loud enough (not too loud) to feel the sound vibration. Pay attention to the voice and you will find some vibrations in your body. Chant loudly as many times as you can without, inhaling. Continue doing three sets of this kriya.
- Then go to the location of the 3rd eye and chant there MMMMM. Exhale the breath totally out. Then chant “MMMM” (Chant loud enough (not too loud) to feel the sound vibration. Pay attention to the voice and you will find some vibrations in your body. Chant loudly as many times as you can without, inhaling. Continue doing three sets of this kriya. You can do this kriya twice daily (once in morning and once in evening or night) or at your convenience, naturally. .
